Hope for the Unhoused
A compassionate space for those who have experienced or are currently facing homelessness, and for those who support them. Here, we share stories of survival, resilience, and recovery. Whether you’re navigating life without stable housing, working in outreach, or simply seeking to understand more deeply—this forum offers encouragement and connection. You are not invisible here. You are seen, heard, and valued.
Living with the Echo (PTSD/C-PTSD)
Trauma leaves a mark — sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, always real. This space is for processing the echoes of what happened, reclaiming peace, and building resilience one breath at a time.
Pieces of the Past (Childhood Trauma)
This space is for anyone working through the lasting effects of childhood trauma — emotional neglect, physical abuse, abandonment, or the deep wounds that shaped how you see yourself and the world. It’s also a space to reconnect with your inner child: the one who still deserves love, protection, and care.
🛑 Please note: If you are processing childhood sexual abuse, we invite you to join the protected, gender-specific forums designed for those experiences. Your story matters, and you deserve a space that honors your unique healing journey.
Reclaiming the Body (Women Only)
This protected space is for women healing from sexual trauma — whether it happened in childhood, adulthood, or both. Abuse takes many forms, but here we focus specifically on the lasting impact of sexual harm. This is a space to reclaim your body, your boundaries, your voice — and to know, without question, that none of it was your fault.
Restoring What Was Taken (Men Only)
This private room is for men recovering from sexual abuse or assault at any point in life — childhood, adulthood, or both. Sexual trauma often hides in silence, but here, you don’t have to carry it alone. This is a space to name your truth, begin healing, and remember that what happened to you does not define who you are.
